Born in Devon, UK in 1974 Lisa Parker has always had a very keen interest in art, studying Natural History Illustration at Bournemouth & Poole Institute of Art & Design. Since leaving college she has worked successfully for many years as a freelance artist and has staged many one-man and two-man shows, as well as exhibiting work in prestigious locations such as The Mall galleries in London and Madison Avenue, New York. Although traditionally a wildlife artist Lisa has for many years ventured into the realms of witchcraft and fantasy; her wildlife skills naturally lending themselves to creatures and fairies. Her love of witchcraft and wildlife come together to create beautiful and unique designs.
Linda Ravenscroft was born in 1963, A very typical Pisces, always preferring to live in a dream world, a world which she has painted ever since she can remember. She still pays regular visits to her dream world, though with a lot more of the real world thrown in… It's where she goes to paint....
She lives in the beautiful county of Cheshire, England (famous for its Cheshire Cat, of course) with her long suffering husband John, daughter Ivy and numerous pets. Her home is situated near a very small wood, which is a constant source of inspiration to her. SheI uses many mediums for her paintings, though her favourite has to be watercolour. She adores the way that the paint blends creating almost transparent washes, and yet the colours can also become quite vivid.
Linda's inspiration comes from many sources. She relies mostly on her dreams and inner feelings as she has done since she was a child, along with her love of nature, instilled within her from an early age by her parents, and their wonderful tales of myths and legends which they would share with her at bedtime.
Anne lives in Leeds in the beautiful county of Yorkshire, in the United Kingdom, with her husband Ralph, young son Leo and spinger spaniel Obi. She has been a full time artist for about 12 years. Ever since she was a child and her father read her "The Hobbit" she has loved the world of fantasy. "It is wonderful to be able to work as an artist and share my visions of fantasy worlds and characters with other people" says Anne.
She has produced a lot of artwork for clients in the games industry, including illustrations for Wizards of the Coast's Dungeon and Dragons rule books and miniatures. Her artworks have been licensed on a wide range of merchandise including T-shirts, posters, book covers, calendars, jigsaws, tarot cards, sculptures, CCG sleeves, mugs, jewellery and greetings cards. To find out more about these products and the companies that produce them you can visit the License Art section of this site.
